Projects with restrictive access and clearances, and multiple or odd-shaped penetrations, can prove challenging for even the most flexible roofing membrane. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment, our liquid-applied solutions have been developed to help specifiers and contractors solve these issues with ingenuity and simplicity. With a range of formulations and application types available, including solvent-free and low-odour options, we are able to offer the best solution for any scale or complexity of project. Each product formulation has been carefully developed on the basis of extensive research and experience, taking into consideration different climatic zones and local specification requirements.
In addition to a high-performance waterproofing coating, our liquid-applied systems typically include insulation, vapour barriers and a choice of advanced membranes options if required.

Traditional bitumen membranes with a modern twist.
Flexible and lightweight single-ply solutions.
For both refurbishment and new build projects, the pressure is on to get the building watertight as quickly as possible to protect the work happening inside. Many of our cold-applied full-roof systems are installed using the ‘wet-on-wet’ technique. A layer of reinforcing fabric is laid between two layers of coating to allow full membrane installation in a single process. These fast-curing liquid resins can easily adapt to complex details and the whole system adheres directly to the substrate without the need for any mechanical fixing or welding, saving both time and costs.
Developed for use in inverted, green and plaza deck roofing systems, our innovative Parabit Hot Melt Waterproofing System offers the optimum solution for a quick and cost-effective application. Heated and then applied as a liquid directly to the prepared structural deck, the reinforced self-healing waterproofing membrane forms a continuous bond to the concrete substrate, eliminating the risk of water tracking beneath the membrane. Large roof areas can be covered in a short amount of time, allowing follow-on trades to begin work and reducing the construction programme.
With modern life increasingly drawing us indoors, the need for welcoming and accessible outdoor spaces are a fundamental consideration of any design. Our Elastoflex Balcony and Walkway Liquid Membrane System is an ideal solution for walkways, external balconies and terraces, and other areas exposed to high levels of pedestrian traffic. Designed to provide a robust, reinforced surface on both new and existing substrates without compromising on aesthetics, this cold-applied system can be supplied with a slip-resistant finish in a range of standard, UV-resistant colours for a seamless appearance that complements your building’s design.
What’s more, the system only takes between 20 to 60 minutes to cure, depending on the product and application. This means disruption is kept to a minimum and you could be out enjoying the fresh air on the same day.
Whilst every roof should be built to last, sometimes maintenance work or extreme impact damage can cause penetrations in the waterproofing system. If left unresolved, this can lead to issues from water ingress. Some of our lightweight and adaptable liquid solutions are perfect for quick and cost-effective repairs, as well as more challenging roof renovations.
Seal-a-Leak liquid repair kit is designed to provide an emergency or temporary waterproofing solution to damaged or punctured flat roof membranes.
