A flat roof you can rely on to be right the first time.

Intended for use as the capsheet within a bituminous built-up roofing system, Thermaweld has a self-finished mineral surface that provides a decorative and solar reflective finish for the built-up flat roof waterproofing system.  

The elastomeric membranes have been developed for use as a top sheet in high performance built-up systems on flat, pitched or even curved roofs. When incorporated in a suitably designed multi-layer system in your new build construction, it will improve the long-term performance. 

Thermaweld has been designed to meet the challenges that flat roofs in the UK face. It is impervious to water, insect attacks, pest damage and is unaffected by fungi, moss, lichen, moulds, and bacteria. It’s also unaffected by freeze, thaw cycles as it supports temperatures from -20° to 90° without damage.
